ProbaAI provides software that copies trades from our trading desk into your own exchange account. Nothing on this website, in the members area, in emails or in any other communication is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. You should consult an independent licensed adviser before trading. Every decision to use ProbaAI is yours alone.
Trading cryptocurrencies and crypto derivatives (including perpetual futures) is highly speculative and carries a very high risk of loss. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses: a small adverse price move can cause losses greater than you expect and can lead to liquidation of your positions and the loss of all funds in your account. Crypto markets are volatile, trade 24/7, can gap, and can be affected by low liquidity, manipulation, regulatory action and exchange events. Only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely.
Any track record shown is historical and may be short. Results labelled "demo" come from an exchange demo account using simulated money and do not reflect real-money execution, fees, slippage, funding or liquidity. Past performance, whether live or demo, does not guarantee or predict future results. Your results will differ from the desk's because of account size, timing, fees, slippage, minimum order sizes, rounding and outages.
We make no promise, representation or warranty of any profit, return, win rate or limit on losses. Risk controls such as stop-losses, risk-per-trade limits and daily loss stops reduce risk but do not eliminate it, and they may fail or be executed at worse prices than intended.
You are solely responsible for your Bybit (or other exchange) account, its security, your API keys, the permissions you grant, your funds and your positions. You must create keys with trading permission only and never with withdrawal or transfer permission. You are responsible for monitoring your account, for any manual changes you make, and for revoking your key if you want copying to stop. You remain bound by the exchange's own terms. ProbaAI never holds custody of your funds.
ProbaAI relies on software, servers, third-party exchanges, APIs, data feeds and internet connections, any of which may fail, be delayed, be interrupted or behave unexpectedly. Risks include but are not limited to: software bugs and errors; missed, delayed, duplicated or partially filled orders; incorrect position sizing; slippage and price gaps; stop-loss orders not triggering or filling at worse prices; liquidation; exchange downtime, maintenance, outages, insolvency, hacks or changes to rules or APIs; API rate limits or key revocation; network and hosting failures; and cyberattacks. You accept all of these risks.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROBAAI AND ITS OPERATOR, VINCENT REYNDERS, AND ANY AGENTS, CONTRACTORS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES, LIQUIDATIONS, LOST PROFITS, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF DATA OR LOSS OF FUNDS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) PROBAAI, ITS SIGNALS, SOFTWARE OR WEBSITE, HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES YOU PAID IN THE ONE (1) MONTH BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ProbaAI and its operator, Vincent Reynders, from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of ProbaAI, your exchange account, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
FREE plan: available only for a Bybit account opened through the ProbaAI referral link (code 72198) whose UID we can verify as our referral, with at least 200 USDT of equity. There is no subscription fee; ProbaAI may receive referral commission from Bybit based on your trading fees. If the UID cannot be verified as our referral, the FREE plan is not available and you may choose the STANDARD or VIP plan.
STANDARD plan: 29 USDT per 30-day period or 290 USDT per 365-day period, paid in advance, for any Bybit account with at least 300 USDT of equity, with copy trading at a risk level you choose. VIP plan: 79 USDT per 30-day period or 790 USDT per 365-day period, with everything in STANDARD plus priority approval and support, trade alerts by email, a monthly per-account performance report and early access to new strategies; VIP features may be introduced gradually. On the FREE plan copy trading runs at standard risk and every account is approved manually.
Paid plans are payable in cryptocurrency only (USDT on TRON, TRC20). The full invoice amount must arrive at our address; you pay all network and exchange withdrawal fees. Amounts that arrive short do not activate the subscription until topped up. Overpayments are kept.
All fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including partial periods, overpayments, trading losses, service interruptions or account suspension. If your account equity falls below your plan's minimum, copying may be paused without notice.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher), that you have full legal capacity, and that using copy-trading services and trading crypto derivatives is legal where you live and where you access the service. You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations and taxes that apply to you. ProbaAI is not available where its use would be unlawful.
We may pause, stop or close copied positions, suspend or terminate any account, or change or discontinue the service at any time, including for risk, security or legal reasons. We may update these terms; the version you accepted is recorded with your account, and continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, and the courts of Bulgaria have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Contact: support@probaai.com.
